Salary & Benefits
The selected candidates will undergo one year of training. Upon successful completion, they will be appointed as Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade) on a permanent basis with a lucrative pay scale and benefits.

Selection Process
The selection is strictly based on merit through a multi-stage process. Candidates must qualify in the Online Test to be eligible for further rounds held at CSL Kochi.
- Phase-I: Objective Type Online Test (60 Marks).
- Phase-II: Group Discussion (10 Marks), Writing Skills (10 Marks), and Personal Interview (20 Marks).
- Phase-III: Certificate Verification and Medical Examination.
- Final Merit List is prepared based on total marks out of 100.
Exam Pattern
The Phase-I Online Test will be conducted at various centers in Kerala. There is no negative marking, making it a fair chance for all candidates.
