Salary
Selected candidates will receive remuneration according to the Coal India Limited (CIL) guidelines for superannuated non-executive employees. The pay scale and benefits follow the Office Order dated 12 October 2020.

Selection Process
The selection is based on a Merit System evaluating the performance of the candidate during the last three years of their service before retirement. No written exam or interview will be conducted.
- Physical Attendance (15 Marks): 5 marks per year based on attendance percentage.
- Annual Confidential Report - ACR (15 Marks): 5 marks per year for 'Outstanding/Excellent' grades.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must be found medically fit in the Company's Medical Examination (IME).
- Tie-Breaking Rule: Higher ACR marks > Date of Birth (Younger) > Date of Appointment (Junior).
