Qualification
- Clerk Grade-II / Junior Assistant: Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board.
- Computer Qualification: Any one of the following is mandatory:
- "O" or Higher Level Certificate (DOEACC/NIELIT)
- COPA/DPCS Certificate
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Application
- RSCIT Certificate (VMOU Kota)
- Computer Science as a subject in 12th standard
- CET Requirement: Qualified Rajasthan CET (Sr. Secondary Level) 2024.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must possess working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthani Culture. Applicants appearing in their final year of the qualifying exam can also apply, provided they acquire the qualification before the Phase II Typing Test date.

Salary Structure
The selected candidates for the post of Clerk and Junior Assistant will be placed in Pay Matrix Level-5 under the 7th Pay Commission. During the Probation Period (2 years), a fixed monthly remuneration will be paid as per Rajasthan Government rules.

Selection Process
The recruitment process involves two main phases. Only those who score at least 40% marks in Phase-I (Paper 1 & Paper 2 individually) will be called for Phase-II in a ratio of 3 times the vacancies.
- Phase-I: Written Examination (Objective Type - 2 Papers)
- Phase-II: Computer Typing Test (Hindi & English)
- Final Merit List: Based on total marks of Phase-I and Phase-II.
- Document Verification (DV): Verification of original certificates.
- Medical Examination: To ensure physical fitness.
Exam Pattern
The Written Exam (Phase-I) consists of two papers, each of 3 hours duration. There is a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for every wrong answer.

- Phase-II (Typing): Speed Test (25 Marks) and Efficiency Test (25 Marks) for both Hindi and English.
- Fifth Option Rule: OMR sheets will have 5 options (A, B, C, D, E). If not attempting, darkening 'E' is mandatory to avoid 1/3 penalty. Each question requires ensurement, and 10 extra minutes are given.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% in Phase-I and 36% in Phase-II.
