Full Eligibility
To be eligible for the HLL Lifecare Trainee positions, candidates must meet the educational standards and age criteria as on 01 February 2026. This training is specifically for freshers to enable them to seek employment elsewhere after completion. Those who have already undergone training at HLL are not eligible to apply again. Over-qualified candidates will also not be considered.

Salary / Stipend Structure
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during their 3-year training period. The stipend amount increases every year as per the Training & Development Scheme guidelines. No other regular employment benefits are applicable during this period.

Selection Process

Job Profile & Responsibility
