Qualification
- Professor/Assoc/Asst Professor: Post Graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant specialty with requisite teaching experience as per NMC Guidelines.
- Senior Resident: PG Degree or Diploma (MD/MS/DNB) in the concerned specialty from a recognized university.
- Registration: Must have a valid NMC/State Medical Council registration.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must possess the Educational Qualifications and experience as per the National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30.06.2025. It is mandatory to have updated Medical Registration. Candidates currently working in Govt. sectors must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) during the interview process.
Salary Structure
The selected candidates will receive Consolidated Remuneration as per ESIC HQRS norms. The pay levels are based on the 7th CPC recommendations for contractual medical faculty and residents.

Job Profile & Responsibility
The Teaching Faculty and Senior Residents are responsible for providing high-quality medical education to students and patient care at the hospital. Private Practice of any kind is strictly prohibited during the contract period.
- Clinical duties in the assigned medical department.
- Taking lectures and practical sessions for medical students.
- Maintaining attendance via the AEBAS (Biometric) system.
- Participation in hospital management and emergency services.
