Qualification
- Staff Nurse: 12th (PCB) + 3 Year GNM or 4 Year B.Sc Nursing.
- Pharmacist: 12th (PCB) + Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy + Registration.
- Lab Technician/Attendant: 12th (PCB) + Diploma in Pathology/Relevant Trade.
- Dresser: 12th (PCB) + 3-month Dresser Training.
- Dental Technician: 12th (PCB) + Diploma in Dental Technology.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must ensure they meet the specific technical qualifications for the post they are applying for. It is mandatory to have a Live Registration in the Madhya Pradesh Employment Office (Rojgar Panjiyan). Salary Structure
The Salary for MPESB Group 5 employees varies based on the post level. Most technical posts fall under Pay Level 4 to 7 of the MP State Pay Matrix. During the probation period, candidates will receive a Stipend (70% in 1st yr, 80% in 2nd yr, 90% in 3rd yr).

Selection Process
The selection is primarily based on a Direct Written Examination. There is no interview for these Group 5 posts. The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the online CBT and normalization.
- Written Exam: Computer Based Test (CBT) for 100 marks.
- Normalization: Equi-Percentile method for multi-shift exams.
- Document Verification: Conducted by the respective department after result.
- Medical Fitness: Final appointment depends on physical/mental health clearance.
Exam Pattern
The MPESB Group 5 Exam Pattern consists of a single paper with 100 objective-type questions. The duration of the exam is 2 hours. There is a Negative Marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer.
