Qualification
- Manager (IA&R): MBA with 60% marks and 10 years experience.

- Programme Associate: Graduate or Postgraduate in relevant field with 60% marks and 3 years experience.
- Programme Assistant: Graduation with 60% marks and 2 years experience (B.Lib.Sc for Library post).
- Junior Programme Assistant: Graduation with 60% marks and 1-2 years experience.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must ensure they possess the minimum educational qualification and relevant work experience as specified for each post. All degrees must be from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks. For technical roles, B.Tech/BE or MCA is required.

Salary Structure
The selected candidates will receive a Monthly Consolidated Emolument along with a fixed Out of Campus Allowance (OCA). Additionally, monthly mobile reimbursement is provided based on the post level.

Selection Process
