Qualification

Full Eligibility
To be eligible for the HPCL Apprentice 2026, candidates must be Indian nationals registered on the NATS 2.0 portal. Candidates with one year or more of work experience or those who have previously undergone apprenticeship training are not eligible to apply.

Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during their one-year training period. The payment is processed through a combination of HPCL contribution and Government of India (GoI) DBT scheme.

Selection Process
The HPCL Selection Process for apprentices is purely based on academic excellence and document verification. No separate entrance exam is conducted for this engagement.
- Screening: Shortlisting based on Merit Percentage of Engineering Graduation.
- Document Verification: Candidates called in a 1:5 ratio for physical verification of certificates.
- Communication: Shortlisted candidates receive alerts on their registered email ID.
- Medical Examination: Submission of a medical fitness certificate in the prescribed format.
