Qualification
- For Engineering/Technology: B.E/B.Tech/B.S in relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent.
- For Science & Humanities: Master's Degree in appropriate subject with First Class at Bachelor's or Master's level and must have cleared NET/SLET/SET.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications by the closing date of the application. For Engineering disciplines, a First Class degree in B.E/B.Tech is mandatory. For Science and Humanities, NET qualification is a primary requirement unless the candidate has a PhD as per UGC norms.

Salary Structure
The JPSC Lecturer Salary is based on the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. Depending on the entry-level qualification, candidates are placed in either Level 9 'A' or Level 10. High-performing researchers and experienced candidates may receive additional increments as per AICTE/State Govt rules.

Selection Process
The Selection Process for JPSC Lecturers is purely based on academic merit and interview performance. No written exam will be conducted. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their Academic Record and Research Achievements (80 marks) and Interview (20 marks).
- Academic Record Assessment: Points based on Graduation, PG, PhD, NET/GATE, and Publications (Max 80 Marks).
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates (5 times the vacancy) called for DV.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates (3 times the vacancy) called for Interview (20 Marks).
- Final Merit List: Prepared based on total marks obtained (Academic + Interview).
