Full Eligibility

Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications by the closing date of the application. For Engineering disciplines, a First Class degree in B.E/B.Tech is mandatory. Salary Structure

The JPSC Lecturer Salary is based on the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. Depending on the entry-level qualification, candidates are placed in either Level 9 'A' or Level 10. High-performing researchers and experienced candidates may receive additional increments as per AICTE/State Govt rules.

Selection Process

The Selection Process for JPSC Lecturers is purely based on academic merit and interview performance. No written exam will be conducted. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their Academic Record and Research Achievements (80 marks) and Interview (20 marks).
