Selection Process

The selection will be strictly based on merit through a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a Document Verification process. Candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks to proceed.

  • Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 Marks objective exam.
  • Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR/OBC/EWS and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD.
  • Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates in 1:1 ratio.
  • Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME): To ensure medical fitness.
  • Probation: Selected candidates will be on probation for 12 months.

Exam Pattern

The CBT will be of 2 hours (120 minutes) duration. There is No Negative Marking in the examination, making it a fair chance for all applicants.

Job Profile & Responsibility

Selected Teachers will be responsible for classroom instruction and academic management in OIL Schools. Instructors will focus on vocational training for apprentices and workers at the Field Headquarters.
