Qualification

Salary Structure
The selected candidates will be placed in Grade V or Grade VII pay scales. In addition to basic pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), HRA, and other benefits as per PSU norms are applicable.

Selection Process
The selection will be strictly based on merit through a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a Document Verification process. Candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks to proceed.
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 Marks objective exam.
- Qualifying Marks: 50% for UR/OBC/EWS and 40% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates in 1:1 ratio.
- Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME): To ensure medical fitness.
- Probation: Selected candidates will be on probation for 12 months.
Exam Pattern
The CBT will be of 2 hours (120 minutes) duration. There is No Negative Marking in the examination, making it a fair chance for all applicants.

Job Profile & Responsibility
Selected Teachers will be responsible for classroom instruction and academic management in OIL Schools. Instructors will focus on vocational training for apprentices and workers at the Field Headquarters.
