Full Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Full-time Engineering Degree or MCA from a government-recognized university. In addition to educational qualification, Post-Qualification Experience in specific domains like JAVA, MERN, Cloud (AWS/Azure), or AI/ML is mandatory for most roles. CIBIL Score of minimum 680 is also required at the time of joining.

Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in Junior/Middle Management Grades with attractive Pay Scales. Apart from the Basic Pay, employees are entitled to DA, HRA, CCA, and other bank-specific perks like Medical Aid, LFC, and Conveyance Allowance as per the bank's policy.

- Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service bond of ₹5.00 Lakhs for a period of 3 years.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a Multi-stage Process designed to evaluate technical competence and behavioral traits. The bank reserves the right to modify the selection stages based on the number of applications received. Final merit list is prepared based on performance in Online Test and Interview.
- Step 1: Application Scrutiny & Shortlisting.
- Step 2: Online Examination (Objective Type).
- Step 3: Psychometric Test (Qualifying nature).
- Step 4: Personal Interview / Group Discussion.
- Step 5: Document Verification & Medical Examination.
Exam Pattern
The Online Test consists of four sections. While Reasoning, English, and Quant are qualifying in nature, the Professional Knowledge section is the primary driver for merit calculation. There is no negative marking as per the current notification guidelines.
