Age Limit

  • Traffic Supervisor Trainee (Post Code 47): Graduate Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Mechanical Supervisor Trainee (Post Code 48): Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering. (BE/B.Tech/AMIE holders are also eligible).

Full Eligibility

Candidates must ensure they meet the Educational Qualifications and Medical Standards specified by TSLPRB. For the MST Post, specific technical education in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is mandatory, while the TST Post requires a general Degree as on 01 July 2025.

Salary Structure

Candidates selected for the TGSRTC TST and MST positions will receive a competitive Pay Scale along with a Stipend during the initial 12-month training period. Upon successful completion of training, they are appointed to regular posts with full benefits.

  • Selected candidates must undergo Mandatory Training for a period of 12 months.
  • During training, a Stipend Allowance equivalent to the minimum time scale of Deputy Superintendent will be provided.
  • Candidates must execute an Indemnity Bond to serve the corporation for at least 5 years after training.
