Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme

The examination will be conducted in a Computer Based Mode consisting of objective-type multiple-choice questions. It is generally divided into two sessions.

  • Session I: Includes Numerical and Mathematical Ability and Reasoning Ability. There is usually no negative marking in Session I.
  • Session II: Includes General Awareness and English Language & Comprehension. Negative marking of 1 mark is typically applicable for each wrong answer.
  • Total Duration: 90 Minutes (45 minutes for each session).
  • Language: Questions will be set in English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages.

Candidates can download their SSC MTS Hall Ticket by following the standard protocol on the regional SSC websites. Ensure you have your Registration Number and Date of Birth ready.

  • Step 1: Visit the official SSC website or your respective regional SSC portal.
  • Step 2: Click on the link for Admission Certificate for MTS/Havaldar 2025.
  • Step 3: Enter your credentials and login.
  • Step 4: Download and print the Admit Card.
  • Important Note: Carry a valid Photo ID Proof and two recent passport-size photographs to the exam center.
