Qualification
- Professor: Post Graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the concerned specialty with requisite teaching and research experience as per NMC norms.
- Associate Professor: PG degree in relevant discipline with required experience as per NMC guidelines.
- Senior Resident: Post Graduate degree or Diploma (MD/MS/DNB) in concerned Super Specialty from a recognized university.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must possess a valid Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council). Updated registration must be presented at the time of the interview or reporting for duty if selected. Experience will be calculated as of 02 March 2026.

The Teaching Faculty and Senior Residents are responsible for providing high-quality patient care in Super Specialty departments and contributing to the academic training of medical students at ESIC Medical College, Indore.
- Involvement in clinical duties and emergency services in the hospital.
- Teaching and mentoring medical students and junior residents.
- Maintaining research publications and attending conferences as per NMC norms.
- Daily attendance via the Aadhaar Enabled Bio-metric Attendance System (AEBAS).
- Strict adherence to the "No Private Practice" rule during the tenure.
