- Jr. Professional Intern (HR Associate): Graduate Degree + MBA in HR. Must have proficiency in MS Office (6-month course) and typing knowledge.

Salary
The selected interns will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000. This is a fixed amount with no additional allowances like HRA or DA.

Selection Process
The selection is based on merit and screening of applications. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the next rounds.

- Test/Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview or skill test.
- Document Verification: Verification of original mark sheets and certificates.

Job Profile & Responsibility
The Jr. Professional Interns will be responsible for departmental functions and administrative support in their respective cells.
- Hindi/Marathi Interns: Translation of documents, promoting regional language use, and attending department meetings.
- HR Associate: Handling recruitment, promotions, contractual engagements, tenders, and manpower data analysis.
- General: Any other work assigned by superior authorities and maintaining office secrecy under the Official Secrets Act.
