Qualification
- Graduate Apprentice: B.E / B.Tech in Chemical, IT, CS, or Instrumentation.
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Civil Engineering.
- Trade Apprentice: B.Sc/M.Sc (Geology/Chemistry), MBA (HRM/Finance/Marketing), MA-IRPM, or ICWA/ICAI Inter.
- ITI Apprentice: ITI Pass in respective trades (Fitter, Electrician, Welder, etc.).
Full Eligibility
Candidates must meet the academic requirements and possess certificates from recognized boards or universities. Education through Distance or Part-time mode is not eligible.

Salary
Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend during their one-year training period as per the Government of India norms.

Job Profile & Responsibility
The apprentices will undergo on-the-job training in their respective departments. This role involves learning industrial processes, safety protocols, and technical operations under the guidance of senior professionals at the OSCOM unit.
- Assisting in day-to-day operations of the designated department.
- Learning maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machinery.
- Maintaining training logs and performance records.
- Adhering to PSU safety standards and operational guidelines.
