  • Trade Apprentice: B.Sc/M.Sc (Geology/Chemistry), MBA (HRM/Finance/Marketing), MA-IRPM, or ICWA/ICAI Inter.
  • ITI Apprentice: ITI Pass in respective trades (Fitter, Electrician, Welder, etc.).

Full Eligibility

Candidates must meet the academic requirements and possess certificates from recognized boards or universities. Education through Distance or Part-time mode is not eligible.

Job Profile & Responsibility

The apprentices will undergo on-the-job training in their respective departments. This role involves learning industrial processes, safety protocols, and technical operations under the guidance of senior professionals at the OSCOM unit.

  • Learning maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machinery.
  • Maintaining training logs and performance records.
