  • Trade Apprentice: B.Sc/M.Sc (Geology/Chemistry), MBA (HRM/Finance/Marketing), or ITI in relevant trades.

Full Eligibility

Candidates must meet the educational standards and age criteria specified. Graduates/Technicians must have passed within the last 3 years. Only regular mode qualifications are accepted.

Salary

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend during their 1-year training period. The stipend amount is based on Government of India Apprenticeship Rules.

Selection Process

The selection is based purely on merit calculated from the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Priority is given to local and land-affected candidates.

  • Merit List preparation based on academic marks.
  • Priority Ranking for Land Affected and local residents (0-10km).
  • Document Verification of original certificates.
  • Medical Examination by IREL Medical Officer.
  • Police Verification certificate submission is mandatory.

Job Profile & Responsibility

The Apprenticeship training involves learning practical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. Candidates will be posted in different departments of the OSCOM unit.

  • Hands-on technical training in industrial operations.
  • Learning safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
  • Assisting in laboratory analysis and quality control for chemical trades.
  • Handling administrative and HR tasks for non-technical apprentices.
