Qualification
- Diploma Engineer Posts: Three years full-time regular Diploma in Engineering in relevant disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- Graduate Engineer Posts: Full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engg.) in relevant disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, Computer Science, IT) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- Human Resources: Two years regular PG Degree / PG Diploma in PM / HR / PM & IR / Labour & Social Welfare OR regular MBA with HR major.
- Materials Management: Degree in Engineering OR full-time regular MBA / PG Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management.
- Computer Sector: Degree in Computer Science / IT OR MCA OR Engineering Graduate with one-year regular PG Diploma in CS/IT.
- SSP & QC Audit: M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university.
Full Eligibility

Salary
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration inclusive of house rent, medical allowance, mobile charges, and conveyance allowances along with statutory benefits.

- Annual Increment: An annual increment of 3%, rounded off to the next Rs. 10/- on the consolidated remuneration will be granted upon completion of each year of service.
- Site Allowance: Contractual employees posted at project/site locations (excluding Noida, Vadodara, and Inspection Offices) will get an additional site allowance of Rs. 250/- per day.
- North East Allowance: A lump sum amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month for Degree Engineers and Rs. 3,000/- per month for Diploma Engineers will be paid if posted in the North Eastern region (applicable for non-domiciles).
- Statutory Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and Gratuity shall be payable as per applicable statutory labor codes.
Selection Process
The selection process for PDIL recruitment is based purely on merit, post-qualification experience evaluation, and performance during the interactive personal interview session.
- Initial Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on data provided regarding essential qualification percentage, type of industry, and total number of years of post-qualification experience.
