Qualification

- MT (Systems): B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with 60% marks.
- MT (Marketing/HR): MBA / PG Diploma in relevant field with 60% marks.
Full Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure they possess the minimum educational qualification as of the closing date. The minimum qualifying marks are 60% for UR/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST for reserved posts. All degrees must be from UGC/AICTE recognized institutes.

Salary Structure
Selected candidates for Graduate Trainee and Management Trainee positions will undergo 1-year training with a handsome pay scale. After successful completion, they are regularized as Assistant Managers.

Selection Process
The selection process for MOIL Recruitment 2026 is highly competitive and merit-based, ensuring the recruitment of the most suitable candidates for the technical and managerial roles.
- Computer Based Online Test (CBT): Objective type test carrying 85 marks.
- Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from CBT in 1:6 ratio will be called for interview (15 marks).
- Final Merit List: Prepared based on the combined performance in CBT and Interview (85 + 15 = 100 marks).
- Document Verification: Verification of original certificates and testimonials.
- Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per MOIL standards.
Exam Pattern
The Online CBT will be held for a duration of 90 minutes. The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English languages.
