Qualification
- ITI Trade Apprentice: Pass in 10th Standard and ITI (National Trade Certificate) in relevant trade.
- Technician (Vocational) Apprentice: Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in relevant discipline.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must be domicile of Kerala and possess required qualifications as per trade or discipline. For ITI Trade Apprentices, 10th pass with NTC in relevant trade is mandatory. For Technician (Vocational) Apprentices, VHSE pass in specified discipline is required. Minimum age should be 18 years as on 15 November 2025. Physical standards must comply with Apprenticeship Rules 1992. Those who have already undergone apprenticeship training are not eligible.

Salary
Selected candidates for CSL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 will receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹11,000 during the one-year training period. This applies to both ITI Trade Apprentices and Technician (Vocational) Apprentices. No other allowances or benefits will be provided. The stipend is governed by the Apprentices Act 1961 and is non-negotiable. Candidates must arrange their own accommodation and travel as boarding/lodging and travel expenses are not covered by Cochin Shipyard Limited.
