Candidates must be permanent government employees working in equivalent pay levels with a minimum of 5 years administrative experience. For Executive Officer Nagar Panchayat, a DOEACC ‘O’ Level certificate is also mandatory. All applicants must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university and preference will be given to those with a postgraduate qualification. Deputation will be valid for 3 years subject to annual performance review and compliance with disciplinary conditions.

Selected candidates will receive a salary as per their existing pay band and grade pay in the parent department. The deputation posts follow the revised pay matrix levels ranging from Level-5 to Level-10, depending on the category. No additional allowances or perks are mentioned in the notification.

The selection process for deputation-based posts involves scrutiny of service records, verification of NOC and integrity certificates and final approval by the competent authority. There is no written exam or interview. Deputation is subject to disciplinary clearance and document authenticity.
