General cadre ke liye Graduation ya Post-Graduation with minimum marks, DEPR cadre ke liye Economics/Finance mein Master’s degree, aur DSIM cadre ke liye Statistics, Data Science, AI, ya ML mein Master’s ya 4-year Bachelor’s degree required hai. RBI Grade B Officers ko attractive salary structure milta hai starting with a basic pay of ₹78,450 per month. Including allowances, the gross monthly salary goes up to approximately ₹1.50 lakh. Officers are also entitled to HRA, DA, Grade Allowance and other perks as per RBI norms.

RBI Grade B 2025 selection will be conducted in three stages: Phase-I Exam, Phase-II Exam and Interview. Each phase tests different skill sets including General Awareness, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Finance and Management. Final selection is based on cumulative performance across all stages.
