IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Salary

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per the prescribed rates governed by the Apprenticeship Rules. The Graduate and Technician Apprentices will be paid through the BOAT portal, while Trade Apprentices and Data Entry Operators will receive their stipend directly from IOCL. The stipend is subject to having a valid Aadhaar-linked bank account and is credited via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
