Selected candidates for the post of Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) will receive a monthly stipend of ₹17,820 as per the Job Trainee Pay Structure under the HP Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022. The salary corresponds to 60% of the first cell of the applicable pay matrix.
