Physical Test Criteria
Physical / Service Eligibility for Security Post: For the Manager – Security post, candidates must have a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army, Navy or Air Force; OR must be a police officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police with at least five years of service; OR hold an equivalent paramilitary rank (e.g., Assistant Commandant) with minimum five years service. Emergency/Short Service Commissioned Officers must have completed at least five years and be eligible to be released on selection. Documentary proof of service/release/non-dismissal is mandatory at the time of interview.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on shortlisting followed by Personal Interview (PI) and/or other selection methods. The Bank may conduct an Online Examination, Group Discussion (GD), Psychometric Test and/or any other method as deemed necessary. Shortlisting will be provisional and final appointment is subject to document verification, medical checks and meeting all eligibility criteria. Candidates must obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the selection stages (the notification specifies 55% as the qualifying mark for GD/PI, subject to Bank’s discretion).
