Assistant Director ke liye science ya engineering background ke saath firefighting experience aur physical standards zaroori hain, jabki Lecturer posts ke liye Post Graduation + B.Ed required hai. Ladakh ke Lecturer posts ke liye domicile certificate mandatory hai.

Physical Test Criteria
Assistant Director post ke liye physical fitness mandatory hai. Candidates ko minimum height, chest expansion, weight ke standards meet karne honge. Hearing aur speech bhi normal honi chahiye. Hill area candidates ke liye height mein relaxation diya gaya hai.

UPSC Recruitment 2025 mein selected candidates ko attractive salary milegi as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix. Assistant Director post ke liye Level-07 aur Lecturer (English & Mathematics) ke liye Level-09 ka pay scale applicable hai. Saath hi, ye sabhi posts Group B Gazetted aur permanent nature ki hain.

UPSC Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
UPSC Selection Process 2025 mein candidates ka evaluation shortlisting, Recruitment Test (RT) (agar applicable ho), aur Interview ke basis par hoga. Final merit banane ke liye RT aur Interview ka weightage 75:25 ho sakta hai. Minimum qualifying marks category-wise defined hain.
- Application Screening: Online applications will be screened for eligibility and completeness.
- Shortlisting: Based on essential/desirable qualifications and experience.
- Recruitment Test (RT): May be conducted if number of applications is large.
- Interview: 100 marks; minimum qualifying marks – UR/EWS: 50, OBC: 45, SC/ST/PwBD: 40.
- Final Merit List: Based on RT (if held) and Interview performance (75:25 ratio).
- Document Verification: Original certificates to be produced at interview stage.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must be in sound bodily health as per government norms.

UPSC Exam Pattern 2025 mein Recruitment Test (RT) objective type hoga, jisme General Ability, Subject Knowledge aur Reasoning topics cover kiye jayenge. Total marks 300 honge aur duration 2 hours rahegi. Negative marking bhi applicable hai.
