The MPBDC Recruitment 2025 offers competitive salary packages based on the post level and experience. Candidates selected for General Manager, Deputy GM, AGM, Manager and Assistant Manager will receive salaries as per the 7th Pay Commission with applicable Grade Pay and CPI allowances. The Legal Advisor post is contractual with a fixed monthly remuneration.
