Both Graduation and Post Graduation must have minimum 60% marks.
- Management Trainee - Administration (Option 1): Minimum 60% aggregate marks in 3-year full-time Graduation AND 2-year full-time Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Hotel and Hospitality Management / Facilities Management or equivalent. Both Graduation and Post Graduation must have minimum 60% marks.
- Management Trainee - Administration (Option 2): Minimum 60% aggregate marks in B.Tech in Civil Engineering AND 2-year full-time Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) in any discipline. Both B.Tech and Post Graduation must have minimum 60% marks.
- Note: All qualifications must be from a University/Institution recognized/approved by Government / AICTE / UGC. Candidates awaiting final results are eligible to appear for the Written Exam, but must produce documents by 01 June 2026 or joining date.

Salary
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 65,000/- per month during the one-year training period. Upon successful completion, they will be absorbed as Deputy Manager, Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM-I).

Selection Process
