Qualification
- Engineering Posts: B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in relevant branch (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, etc.).
- HR/Admin: PG Degree/Diploma (2 years) or MBA/MSW/MA with HR specialization.
- Finance: CA / ICWA (CMA) Final Exam passed.
- Safety: Diploma/Degree with certification in Industrial Safety/HSE.
Full Eligibility & Experience Criteria
Candidates must possess the requisite educational qualification and post-qualification work experience as of 23 March 2026. Engineering degrees must be full-time.

Salary & Benefits Structure
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay based on the post grade. Additionally, Site or Metro allowances are applicable based on location.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on a Personal Interview conducted through a walk-in mode. MECON reserves the right to change the selection mode if necessary.

Job Profile & Responsibility
The contractual engagement is initially for 1 year, renewable based on performance. Roles involve site supervision, technical monitoring, and project management.
- Technical Roles: Supervising site erection, fabrication, piling, and civil construction activities.
- Planning Roles: Project scheduling using Primavera/MS Project and MIS reporting.
- Executive Roles: Handling recruitment, RA bills, contract closure, and administrative approvals.
- Safety Roles: Monitoring industrial fire and HSE compliance at project sites.
