- Technical Officer: M.Tech/M.E (5 yrs exp) or B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc (7 yrs exp).
- Medical Officer: MBBS degree with 55% marks + 3 years experience.
- Junior Technical Assistant: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc or 3-year Diploma with 3 years experience.
