Salary

The selected candidates will receive a lucrative consolidated remuneration of ₹80,000 per month with additional travel allowances as per department norms.

Selection Process

The CGDA Selection Process is merit-based, evaluating both the academic background and the professional experience of the applicants through a two-stage process.

  • Stage 1: Review and Shortlisting of submitted documents (Max 40 Marks).
  • Stage 2: Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates (Max 60 Marks).
  • Marking Criteria: Experience (Up to 20 marks) and Qualification (Up to 20 marks).
  • Final Selection: Based on the cumulative score out of 100 marks.

Interview Pattern

Shortlisted candidates (up to 10 per vacancy) will be called for an Interview conducted by a three-member panel.

Young Professionals will be responsible for high-level analytical tasks, project monitoring, and liaising with knowledge partners to enhance the efficiency of defence accounts.

  • Data Visualization: Analyzing and visualizing complex financial data.
  • Documentation: Drafting official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Project Management: Planning and monitoring execution of departmental projects.
  • Legal/Audit: Assisting in legal matters and specialized financial audits.
  • Secrecy: Adhering to the Official Secrets Act and confidentiality agreements.
