Qualification

  • Junior Executive: 3-year full-time regular Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mech/Elect/Chem) or B.Sc Chemistry.
  • Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical Engineer: 4-year full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech in respective discipline.
  • Officer - Finance: Qualified CA / CMA or 2-year full-time MBA in Finance.
  • Officer - HR: 2-year full-time PG Degree or MBA in HR/Personnel Management.
  • Officer - IS: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Master in Computer Applications (MCA).

Full Eligibility

Candidates must ensure they meet the minimum marks requirement in their qualifying degree. Generally, 65% marks are required for UR/OBC/EWS and 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. All qualifications must be full-time regular courses from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions. Final year students are also eligible for freshers' positions.

Physical Test Criteria

Salary

Selected candidates will be placed in various Pay Scales ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹2,80,000. The CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, and Performance Related Pay (PRP). The retirement benefits are as per corporation policy.
