Eligibility: Candidates must satisfy the Age criteria (as on 01.08.2025), possess the required Educational Qualification from a recognised University/Institute and have the prescribed Post-Qualification Experience. Applicants must have a satisfactory Credit History (minimum CIBIL 680 at time of joining), be willing to serve anywhere in India and ensure that post-qualification experience below 6 months or experience in clerical cadre will not be considered. Bank of Baroda Selection Process 2025 will include multiple stages such as Online Test, Psychometric Test, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Candidates must qualify each stage with minimum cut-off marks. Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance in Online Test, GD & Interview.
- Stage 1 – Online Test: Objective type test covering Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge.
- Stage 2 – Psychometric Test: Conducted (if required) to assess personality and suitability.

Bank of Baroda Exam Pattern 2025 will consist of an Online Objective Test divided into four sections – Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge. The exam will be of 150 questions carrying 225 marks with a total duration of 150 minutes. Sectional cut-offs will apply and marks in Professional Knowledge will be considered for the final merit.
