Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the Official Notification for CRP PO/MT-XV to recruit Probationary Officers/Management Trainees in 11 participating public sector banks for vacancies during 2026–27. Eligible Graduates Can Apply online at ibps.in between 01 July to 21 July 2025. The selection process includes Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, Personality Test and Interview.

  • Preliminary Examination – Objective test with three sections (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning)
  • Main Examination – Objective & Descriptive papers covering Reasoning, English, Banking Awareness, Data Interpretation, Essay & Letter Writing
  • Personality Test – Mandatory self-report profiling for interview panel
  • Interview – Conducted by participating banks and coordinated by a Nodal Bank
