Qualification
- Junior Technician (Trade): Class 10th Pass + Relevant ITI Trade Certificate (NCVT/SCVT).
- Junior Office Assistant: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) + 6 Months Computer Diploma (MS Office Proficient).
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Class 10th Pass + 3 Years Diploma in Electrical Engineering + Supervisor Certificate.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Card from Assam or Arunachal Pradesh and a PwBD Disability Certificate (40% or more) as per Government of India norms.

Salary
The selected candidates will be placed in Grade III or Grade VII pay scales as per their respective post designations, along with other PSU allowances.

- Successful candidates will be appointed as Probationers for 12 months.
- Salary includes Basic Pay, HRA, Dearness Allowance, and other benefits as per OIL rules.
Selection Process
The selection will be strictly based on merit derived from a Computer Based Test followed by mandatory verification of original certificates.
- Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) - Qualifying marks 40.
- Stage 2: Document Verification (DV) in 1:1 ratio.
- Stage 3: Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME).
- Final Step: Appointment as a Probationer for 12 months.
Exam Pattern
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will consist of 100 marks with multiple-choice questions. There is no negative marking in this examination.
