Full Eligibility

Salary & Training
Selected candidates will serve a probation period of two years. During this period, they will be paid according to the designated pay scales. A service agreement bond is mandatory at the time of joining to ensure commitment to the corporation.

Selection Process
The selection for MPBDC Vacancy 2026 is purely merit-based. No separate written exam or interview will be conducted; the GATE score acts as the primary evaluation tool for shortlisting candidates.
- Shortlisting: Based on the highest valid GATE Score from 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Tie-Breaking: If scores are equal, the older candidate will be preferred.
