Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

- Matriculate Ex-servicemen with Indian Army Special Certificate of Education (or equivalent in Navy/Air Force) after 15 years of service are also eligible, provided their certificate is dated on or before 31 December 2026.

Selection Process
The SBI Junior Associates Clerk selection process involves three distinct stages. Candidates must clear the online tests and demonstrate language proficiency in the designated State/UT.
- Phase-I: Online Preliminary Exam: Objective test of 100 marks for screening candidates for the Main examination.
- Phase-II: Online Main Exam: Objective test of 200 marks used for final merit list preparation.
- Phase-III: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): Mandatory for provisionally selected candidates who did not study the opted local language in 10th or 12th standard.
