Job Profile & Responsibility
Associates appointed under the State Specific Graduate Scheme will be responsible for providing high-quality technical and operational support across major highway infrastructure projects.
- Project Preparation & Design Appraisal: Assisting in reviewing feasibility studies, DPRs, alignment plans, and maintaining compliance with IRC/MoRTH standards.
- Construction Supervision & Monitoring: Conducting field site visits to evaluate physical/financial progress, safety, and quality standards.
- Contract Management Support: Assisting with contract documentation, preparing technical notes, and maintaining project management information system records.
- Quality Assurance: Reviewing structural material test results and verifying compliance with site practices and quality assurance plans.
- O&M Support: Assisting during completion documentation processing and monitoring construction defects liability periods.
