Qualification
- Apprentice: Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute. The result must have been declared on or before 01 April 2026. The date of graduation should not be prior to 01 April 2022.
Full Eligibility
To be eligible for Union Bank Apprentice engagement, candidates must meet specific Nationality, Educational, and Regional Proficiency requirements as defined by the Bank.

Selection Process

Job Profile & Responsibility
Apprentices are trainees and not regular employees. They undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) to understand banking operations and enhance their employability.

- Assisting in customer service and digital banking awareness.
- Understanding Union Bank's specific products (Savings, Current, Term Deposits).
- Assisting clerical staff in daily routine tasks under supervision.
- Strictly prohibited from joining any Union Body.
