Selection Process
The selection process for PNB SO Engineers involves an assessment of professional knowledge and communication skills through a competitive examination or direct interview.

Job Profile & Responsibility
Candidates will be responsible for planning, execution, and maintenance of Bank infrastructure. This includes supervising construction, managing green initiatives, and coordinating with architects/contractors.
- Preparation of estimates and execution of construction/renovation works.
- Maintenance of Bank buildings and commercial/residential properties.
- Handling Electro-Mechanical equipment (UPS, Generators, HVAC, Lifts).
- Implementation of energy-saving measures and green initiatives like solar plants.
- Scrutiny of bills and reporting to CTE/CVC.
