Selection Process
The MBMC selection process is strictly merit-based. For high-level medical posts, a Direct Interview is conducted, while for others, a Point-based scoring system is used.
- Direct Interview: Applicable for Specialists and MBBS Medical Officers (Total 50 Marks).
- Merit Scoring (Other Posts): Total 100 Marks based on:
- Minimum Qualification Marks: 50 Marks
- Higher Qualification: 20 Marks
- Relevant Experience: 30 Marks (6 per year)
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates (50% of vacancy ratio) will be called for original document verification.
