Qualification

  • Research Scientist: First Class M.Sc / M.Tech in Remote Sensing, GIS, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Earth Science, or Physics.
  • Junior Research Fellow: First Class M.Sc / M.Tech in Forestry, Env Science, Physics, Botany, Ecology, or Engineering + NET/GATE or equivalent qualification.

Full Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a First Class degree (Minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA for M.E/M.Tech and 65% or 6.84 CGPA for B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc) from a recognized university. For Junior Research Fellow (JRF) posts, qualifying in a national level test like CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, JAM, or JEST is mandatory as per the specific post requirement mentioned in the notification.

Salary & Emoluments
