Selection Process
The HPCL selection process is transparent and strictly based on academic merit. Candidates are shortlisted based on their engineering degree marks. There is no written examination or interview; selection depends on the data provided in the online application form.

Job Profile & Responsibility
Apprentice Trainees will be placed at HPCL Marketing Division locations, including refineries, terminals, and zonal offices. The Job Profile involves learning-by-doing under the guidance of senior engineers in their respective disciplines.

- Learning about Safety Standards and quality control in the oil & gas industry.
