Salary

Selection Process
The SBI Selection Process for Wealth Management SCO posts is purely based on Shortlisting and Interview. There is no written examination for these contract positions.
- Shortlisting: Based on qualification, suitability, and experience parameters set by the Bank.
- Interview: Personal / Telephonic / Video Interview carrying 100 marks.
- Merit List: Prepared in descending order based on interview scores.
- CTC Negotiation: Conducted one-on-one during or after the interview.
