Full Eligibility
Candidates must ensure they meet the Nationality and Educational requirements. Applicants should be unmarried females. Final year students are eligible provided they can produce proof of passing by 01 October 2026. Candidates from foreign universities are not permitted.

Physical Test Criteria
Candidates are expected to maintain minimum physical fitness before joining the training academy. The following standards are recommended for Officer Cadets (Women) during the selection and training phase.

Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be commissioned in the rank of Lieutenant. During the 49-week training period at OTA Gaya/Chennai, cadets receive a fixed Stipend. Post-commissioning, they are placed in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix.

- Military Service Pay (MSP): Fixed Rs. 15,500/- per month from Lieutenant to Brigadier.
- Training Stipend: Rs. 56,100/- per month during the training period.
- Allowances: Dearness Allowance, Kit Maintenance, Field Area Allowance, and Siachen Allowance as applicable.
- Dress Allowance: Rs. 20,000/- per annum.
Selection Process
The Indian Army SSC Tech Women selection is a multi-stage process focusing on psychological, physical, and leadership traits. There is no written exam; selection is primarily based on SSB Interview marks.
- Shortlisting of Applications: Based on cumulative percentage of marks up to the final semester.
- SSB Interview (5 Days): Conducted at Selection Centres (Prayagraj, Bhopal, Bengaluru, Jalandhar).
- Medical Examination: For candidates recommended after Stage-2 of SSB.
- Merit List: Prepared based on marks obtained in the SSB Interview.
- Joining Letter: Issued based on merit and available vacancies.
