Qualification

Full Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure they meet the academic and technical standards set by HAL Kanpur. Only regular full-time course students are eligible. Candidates who have already undergone or are currently pursuing apprenticeship elsewhere are not eligible to apply.

Salary & Stipend

Selection Process
The selection for HAL Kanpur Apprenticeship is purely merit-based. No written exam or interview will be conducted. The final merit list is prepared using a weighted score of academic performance.
- Merit Calculation: 70% weightage to High School (10th) marks and 30% weightage to ITI marks.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original certificates.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must provide a medical fitness certificate from a District Hospital (CMO).
- Police Verification: Character certificate issued by SSP/SP is mandatory.

- Portal Registration: ITI candidates must register on apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Vocational candidates must register with RDSDE Kanpur.
- Download Form: Download Form-A (ITI) or Form-B (Vocational) from the official notification.
