• Step 1: Application Scrutiny: Initial screening of online applications based on eligibility criteria.
• Step 2: Written Test: Eligible candidates may be called for a Written Test. A minimum qualifying mark of 70% is required.
• Step 3: Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test (if conducted) will be invited for an Interview. A ratio of 1:5 (top 5 candidates per vacancy) will be adopted if the number of qualifying candidates is high.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead team in ideation, formulation, and timely revision of CP-CPHC policy and procedures.
• Provide policy and program support for CP-CPHC at National and State levels.
• Draft program-specific guidelines, policy briefs, and develop training materials.
• Gather and analyze evidence from field reviews to inform policy and advocate for appropriate reviews.
• Undertake implementation and operational research for program and policy improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of innovation and learning centres in CP-CPHC.
• Represent the Division in engagements with senior policymakers at the central level.
• Guide State Technical Counterparts in policy related to Community Processes and Comprehensive Primary Health Care programs.
• Mentor and support team members and assist the Advisor in crafting individual responsibilities and performance appraisals.
• Prepare annual work plans and budget of the Division in coordination with other lead consultants.
• Lead the work of the Division in the absence of the Advisor to ensure continuity.
• Undertake additional assignments periodically as assigned by the Advisor.
