Selection Process
The DSSSB selection process for Various Posts involves a One-Tier Examination, followed by skill tests or aptitude tests as required for specific roles. Candidates must meet minimum qualifying marks in the written exam.
- Written Examination: Candidates will appear for a Computer Based Test (CBT) which can be One-Tier General, One-Tier Technical, or One-Tier Technical/Teaching, depending on the post.
- Negative Marking: A deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each wrong answer in the MCQ section.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General/EWS: 40%
- OBC (Delhi): 35%
- SC/ST/PH (PwBD): 30%
- Ex-Servicemen: 5% relaxation in their respective categories (minimum 30%).
- Skill Test/Physical Endurance Test/Trade Test: Applicable for posts where required, as per job demands.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo verification of all original documents.
- Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to qualifying a medical fitness test.
