Qualification
- Professor (UG): Must possess a Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject with at least 8 years of teaching experience.
- Associate Professor: Must possess a Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject with 3 years of teaching experience.
- Registration: Must be a permanent Registered Medical Practitioner in the concerned field.
Full Eligibility
Candidates must fulfill educational qualifications and teaching experience criteria. In Ayurveda, only PG in the concerned subject is eligible, while Homoeopathy allows specific allied subjects.

Selection Process
The APMSRB selection is purely based on academic merit and service weightage. There will be no interview conducted for these teaching positions.
- Qualifying Examination Marks: Maximum 75% weightage.
- Service After PG: Up to 10 points (based on years of experience).
- Contract Service Weightage: Up to 15 points for service in Government institutions.
- COVID-19 Service: Special weightage for candidates who performed COVID duties.
- Merit List: Final selection based on the total 100-point calculation.

Job Profile & Responsibility
Selected candidates will serve as Teaching Faculty in Government AYUSH Medical Colleges. Their duties include academic instruction, clinical training, and departmental administration in Ayurveda or Homoeopathy.
