Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has released a notification for the engagement of Medical Specialist Consultants on a fixed tenure contract basis for one year. This recruitment aims to fill 10 vacancies across various specialties including Radiology, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Medicine, and Dermatology. Candidates must possess a valid Medical Council Registration. Retired Medical Executives from CIL or other PSUs/Govt organizations must have a 'Good' rating in their last 5 years of service and no record of punishment or criminal cases. The eligibility is determined as of 31 March 2026.

The salary for Medical Specialist Consultants at ECL is paid as a fixed monthly honorarium based on the candidate's qualification. No TA/DA or accommodation will be provided during the contract tenure. Remuneration is calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis.
